Ruined my toilet seat. Poor job site cleanup. Installed the drain crooked, eft the water line loses in the wall so it thumps every time the water is used on the property. Poor grout finish, with holes and fiberglass sticking out... Ouch! The contractor refused to come back. Changed his phone number.

The tub overflow drain was not installed properly and leaks now. In order to fix this, all the tile workers will have to be demoed and redone and the tub removed and reinstalled with new. The stud anchors that came with the tub were not used and the bottom of the tub edge is loose. There was not a proper water seal on the bottom tub edge, which is how I found out the tub overflow was leaking... the contractor told me he would come by to look at it and see what I was talking about?. He never came. He changed his phone number. Bad form!

They arrived on time. Weâ re very neat doing the project. Not a spec of dust when they left. They even swept out my entire garage not just the part they used. Did the complete job in six hours. We were very impressed.

They overcharge for the product and when you have to change gears and go a different way they call you and demand a large fee. Granted it is in the contract but the way they treat you is unfair. Had to pay 2000.00 just to get out of contract.

Each journeyman followed up on the previous person's work making sure that we were satisfied. They cleaned up after each other if they noticed a smudge etc. They constantly made sure we were happy with the placement of tiles, confirmed colors multiple times, made recommendations when our choices may not have been as complimentary as others; for example, grout colors that might stand out too much versus something that blends into the tiles more, the paint on the walls potentially clashing with the new tile being installed versus something more nuetral and complementary. We are very pleased with the final result and would consider them on our next remodeling project.

My wife and I loved the finished product of our 3/4 Bathroom remodel. It came out much like we hoped that it would. America Home Remodel (AHR) is a company that totally deals with sub-contractors. This can be good or bad. However, there were a few job "hiccups" that drove us crazy. The number one headache was the fact that we had to buy 90% of the supplies ourselves; for example, vanity, fixtures both plumbing and electric, medicine cabinet, mirror, tile, and grout. We spent 5 hours at Home Depot one day doing this, which was NO fun! Using many subcontractors means that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Mistakes were made for example with the cut out for the medicine cabinet. The initial cut was too high and the cabinet door could not be opened as it would hit the shades of the 3-light fixture we purchased. In my opinion, the fixture should have been unboxed by the sub, measured and only then make the cut in the wall. This led to another sub having to make a different cut in the wall and patching a portion that was cut too high. Did it come out all right, Yes; however, this was aggravating and should have been prevented. The new toilet we wanted in white came in a box that although it was marked white, was a cream color. The sub on this portion just nicked our hallway tiled floor and the toilet smashed to pieces. We had to go with the sub to Home Depot with the sub in tow and our receipt. Thankfully, H.D. replaced the toilet at no charge. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise as this time the replacement toilet was indeed white. BUT, again more aggravation. I ordered two safety rails for our new shower stall. Because of the fact that the new shower door was to be the last facet of the job, I was told that the door installer (another sub) would install the rail closet to the door. When we got to that point, the shower door installer told me that he "only installs the door". This led to another sub coming out to install the second safety rail and clean up all of the "little things" needed to finish the job. Was the shower door beautiful? Yes, but not without this aggravation! Speaking of the shower door, a previous sub, installed a towel bar on the wall to which the shower door would open. Whereas, this area was where we wanted the towel bar, it should again have been measured before it was installed as the new shower door did not have sufficient room to open due to the end of the towel bar being too close to the shower door hinge. As you would expect, the towel bar had to be moved; the holes patched, and the wall repainted. Does the shower door work well now? Yes! But not without aggravation. When the shower stall sub installed one of the acrylic walls, he hammered either nails or something else causing "pops" (little bulges) on the wall in the hallway outside of the bathroom. You guessed it, the wall had to be sanded to eliminate the pops and then repainted. It is a good thing we had extra

I had questions and when the manager came to my home he was rude, defensive, had no intention of providing any service. He was very argumentative and did not make me feel confident in any of his responses. You will get no help from this company if you have issues. On the other hand, the actual workers were very good and conscientious people.

They were a little higher than expected, but I am very happy with the shower and how quick it was installed. Now that I have my master bathroom conversion done, it is worth the price. Since I plan on being here awhile, Quality, workmanship and low pressure salesperson, help me make the choices I WILL be happy with...
