+ -1 moreThe process went extremely well! I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing! Alvin was really nice and took time answering all question durning the process. He was very informative and made sure to tell me about the each document before I signed them which I really appreciated. He made sure I knew what my Interest Rate, APR, Monthly Payment and etc. I feel that he made this a smooth process for me which was Awesome! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and will call him in the future if I need any additional documents notarized.
Description of Work: Alvin Brown was the notary that came to my place of business to complete a loan document signing.
