We had a really good experience with this company. He came in when he said he would and provided a fair bid. He did the work quickly and the air conditioner works perfectly. We have been very happy with the work. We would use them again if needed in the future.

Beginning with the estimate, I felt this was going to be a good company to work with. Steve Allison took the time to actually go up into my attic to crawl around and take many photos so I could see why we had the problems we had for over 20 years. After that, we sat down to discuss ideas for solving the problems within my budget, keeping in mind that I had replaced both a furnace and condenser within the last 5 years. His estimate was far below others and he was honest enough to tell me I didn't need to replace my existing Carrier furnace & condenser - a big savings for me! The low estimate wasn't suspicious, given the research I had done. There were many seemingly small touches he suggested - like the registers - that ended up making a big difference. The crew removed all old ducts in our "attic" space, which was not an easy job. They installed new, better quality ducts, which we had discussed thoroughly as part of the estimate. They installed them according to a new plan that was different from the previous duct plan, which had been the original duct layout with the house (we are the original owners of the house and had major problems from day one with the air flow for heat and AC).  Steve was able to explain and resolve those problems with this new duct layout, type of ducts and better size & quality of wall grill registers.   In other words, they took care of all the big things and the little ones that concerned me. I gave them a "C" for punctuality because they tended to show up an hour after the time they said they would. But, they did call at the expected arrival time to say they would be late. The worst example was the one time they were scheduled to come out to check the problem with the decreased cooling and never showed up. And when I called to find out why, the receptionist did not seem concerned. She did immediately reschedule for the next day, they showed up on time and everything went smoothly from there. I count it as just one of those things and a slight problem with punctuality. I also appreciated that this company emailed me invoices.  They were very good about clean up. They were very considerate while they were working inside my home, which mattered a lot to me as I have two small dogs! Any of the people from Allison who came to work at my house were polite and hard working; it was not an easy job. Best of all - when they turned on the AC, it blew us away (in a good way)!!!

I had problems with their install right from the beginning.  I have complained several times that the unit is not cooling properly.  They sent some workers that did not appear to know much, they did not have the correct parts and they seemed only to be there to generate a service charge.  There initial installation was not done to code, the outside A/C unit was installed in reverse and they have not solved the cooling system leak.  This is a very poor contractor don't use this company.

I HARDLY KNEW THEY WERE HERE. THEY JUST DID THEIR WORK, AND THAT WAS IT. THEY DIDN'T MESS AROUND. THEY JUST DID THE JOB AND LEFT. THE WORK WAS GOOD QUALITY. I'M HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
