This job went very well. He called me to let me know he was available early and then arrived right when he said he would be there. All services were discussed upfront and he exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire him again and have recommended him to my parents and their friends.

He arrived between the time he stated. He confirmed the day before, and he even called me to see if i wanted a cancellation slot. He told me what he was going to do and that is what he did, He was out by I would say 11am. He started close to 830am. I recommend Darren and also would use his services again.

Very professional, returned call to confirm appointment, phoned one day before to confirm time, arrived on time. All carpets were beautifully cleaned including extra attention to the stairs were showing more signed of wear and dirt. Attentive and very considerate to our time and budget. Would have no hesitation in recommending for a very prompt and professional service.

It all went very well. Darren was very responsive from the beginning and came right on time. He explained everything he would do and the cost before beginning. He worked quickly and everything looked really nice and clean after. I had expressed my concern that carpets weren't left overly wet and they weren't. I was very pleased with that. They sit on beautiful wood floors and he made sure to dry them right away from any wetness. I will definitely bring Darren back when needed!

He did an excellent job of cleaning the area rug (we put it outside on the driveway). He also did very well on the areas inside the house. He was quite prompt. His prices were on the high side, but the job was worth it.

Darren has been doing my carpets for at least 15 to 20 years. Both he and his work are fantastic. Never had a problem with his work, or him. He is thorough, neat and gets the job done, and done the right way. very professional in all ways. and besides all that he's a "nice guy"

after a week, It was like it had never been cleaned. My daughter vacuumed the carpet and seems like it sucked everything up. they weren't actually cleaned at all just covered up.

He did an excellent job on my carpet, far better then the last company I used. I highly recommend this company.

from the first contact , i was treated with respect and the representive was sentive to my needs and concerns. he did an excelent job with carpet cleaning, for it was strong animal small, and he left the carpet smelling like new; also, he was puntual, and the prices are very reazonable.
