After 3 weeks of delays by the vendor (3 missed apts which I had patiently stayed home for), I have decided to look elsewhere to replace my shower door hinge which they accepted after having sent pictures and being quoted parts and labor. I have not used the shower since that initial call to HomeAdvisor (who provided this vendor's direct number). I have been very accommodating to the vendor's delays which range from (administrative) failure to book despite having written confirmation of date and time and also the assigned resource going to a conference without confirmation of handoff.
