+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY AIR CONDITIONER UNIT. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE ON THE PROBLEM THAT MY AIR CONDITIONER WAS HAVING. I HAD A LEAK IN A HOSE IN MY AIR UNIT I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: CALLED THE COMPANY OUT TO COME OUT AND SERVICE MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT KEEPING MY HOME COOL.

+ -1 moreCOMPANY DISCOVERED THAT MY AIR CONDITIONER HAD A LEAK AND THAT THERE WAS A BLOCK OF ICE IN THE UNIT. IT WAS A PLEASURE HAVING THIS COMPANY COME OUT AND FIX MY AIR. THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO THIS MATTER, WHICH WAS A PLUS. OTHER COMPANIES THAT I CALLED SAID I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 3-4 DAYS.
Description of Work: AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT BLOWING COLD AIR; THE AIR CONDITIONER WOULD NOT EVEN COME ON.

+ -1 moreIT TOOK FOREVER, BUT I REALLY CAN'T BLAME THEM. THE HOME WARRANTY PEOPLE ARE TO BLAME. THEY WERE IN COLORADO AND DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT WE WERE DYING UP HERE IN PALM SPRINGS. IT WASN'T THE COMPANIES FAULT, IT JUST TOOK FOREVER.
