He is very nice and good. He was very nice and showed me exactly what was going on. This was a second repair and he remembered my appliance from the first time which was helpful.

WHEN THE COMPANY CAME OUT, THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE TOLD ME WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO, AND WHAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR. ONCE THE MATTER WAS EVALUATED, HE REALIZED THAT THE MOTOR IN MY DRYER WAS GOING BAD.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM. THE GUY JUST CAME IN AND KNEW WHAT TO DO. HE CAME IN AND FIXED IT. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS EXPENSIVE, I GOT A FIVE YEAR WARRANTY ON IT.
