Water Heater Service
Called this company as they advertised 24/7 service.  The dispatcher was rude, but since we were in bind we requested service anyway, and were told that someone would be at our address between 11 AM and 1 PM.  1 PM came and went, and our inquiries were met with a variety of lame excuses:  "he's just around the corner," "he's had to get gas,""his last job was delayed," etc.  at about 4 PM we gave up and cancelled.  From our perspective, if this company is unwilling to deal honestly with us even before they start a job, they're not the right company.  Live without hot water for a day and call a vendor with integrity.
