Oscar communicated with me well via text message and phone calls. He showed up on a Saturday, right on time, and got right to work. Due to placement of our unit in our 98-year-old home, Oscar was not able to safely access our unit. After about 20 minutes of review and consultation, Oscar advised he would not be able to do the work. Though I was willing to pay for his time, his insisted on no charge. I found him to be honest and knowledgeable, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Oscar himself returned my phone call with-in matter of minutes. He adjusted his busy schedule to come out and arrive at my home within two hours time. My Mother was ill and was without A/C the entire night - he sympathetically responded to my urgency. He gave me another courtesy call to let me know that he would be arriving in approximately 30 minutes. Swiftly made his diagnoses and recommendations. Presented me with an extremely fair and reasonable price for his professional services. He takes credit card - BUT - I purposely gave him cash/check so that he could directly benefit by saving from having to pay an extra fee to the credit card merchant. Recommending that you do the same - as a courtesy for his skill, time and ability. A job well done!

Excellent, Oscar gave us a great deal. I compared his price to 3 other contractors and he beat the closest one by 20%. He also threw in a couple of new ducts and upgraded thermostat. Couldnt be happier with AC Confort.
