I was referred to this company via a home warranty contract. Even though I had an emergent problem, they stated they could not respond for 3 days. I told them to cancel the work request. The following day they called and stated they were going to bill me for service unless I called the home warranty company and cancelled the work order. I explained I already told them I was not going to use their service and the "gentleman" on the phone became abusive and said he was going to submit a bill. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company due to their lack of responsiveness, rudeness, and unprofessional behavior. If their response to a request for service is a reflection of the quality of work they may provide-buyer beware!
