Before we get into the what, let's start with the why. Why were they here? Stonehill had to come in and find a solution to the horrible job the previous contractor had done on what was to be fully remodeled bathrooms. We should have hired Stonehill from day one. The prior work from another Newport Beach contractor was so poor that both bathrooms had major leaks. and they just did horrible work. Stonehill was the first contractor to come up with the most straightforward solutions. Josh and his team are not what you would expect from a contractor. He and his team communicate. His team is respectful and ALWAYS cleans up after they leave, daily. They listen to what you actually want vs what is easiest for them to do. They went out of their way to be nice to our 18 year old cat. My only regret is not hiring them from day one. They actually do what they say and say what they do. There were no zingers. OH and let's not forget the most important thing, they are honest.

They were professional. They had great ideas and worked with me. They were collaborative in working on any issues that arose. The work took about 3 months to complete.
