INNER SPACE is the ONLY Design Service Company that: * shares their list of 200 plus Decor vendors and the savings they get for you, potentially saving you more than you spend on design. * provides flat rate design quotes based on a percentage of the project, for the duration of the project. You are not charged by the hour. * doesn't charge more for the integral Project Management (which every other designer charges an additional average of 15% to do) They personally see to total project management, which every design requires to be successful. * charges little more than double sales tax, at 20% of all design and construction related product for Design and Project Management Service. * extricates material pricing from contractor quotes so that contractors can no longer hide product costs in their service. You'll know exactly what product you're getting, for how much, from us, and the construction or install service from them. * remotely manages purchases, tracking, and delivery on your behalf, thus saving you time, money, and stress. * provides a detailed questionnaire on the inner space design you ultimately desire. * Sees to Design Consultation, liaison, and Project Management at 2 on-site visits per week and that remotely, from 7 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week. * Designs one space plan and mock up per room, and charges only $150 for each amended space plan. * Can go out to test the quality, ergonomics, and/or scale of seating, furniture, and all other decor. * Designs 3 mood boards/coordination of design elements to be client approved for purchase, per room. * selects, brings, unloads, and presents the material to your door, for you to approve. * Updates the mock ups, accoordingly. * Consults and negotiates on your behalf with contractors, craftsman and decor vendors. Selects all material, product, and decor. * Further vets any contractor and cherry picks craftsman contractors for you, as design execution is only as good as its team.
