Firewood Service
It was pretty good. We were looking for a gas burning fire logs and they had a large selection. They scheduled the service promptly and it was fine. Their service technician was excellent. He arrived at the scheduled time, he was very clean, because it is kind of a messy job dealing with fireplaces, and so he was very efficient. He was very quick and his set up was fantastic. Their price wasn’t great but it was fair.

Fireplace Service
WE WENT TO THE HUNTINGTON BEACH STORE TO LOOK AT MODELS AND SHOW ROOM AREA. WE PICKED A FIREPLACE THAT SUITED US FOR OUR BEDROOM. WE PURCHASED THE UNIT, AND WHEN IT ARRIVED WE HAD ONE OF THEIR CONTRACTORS INSTALL THE UNIT.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN THE STORE IN OUR DECISION MAKING AND THE WORK PERFORMED AT OUR HOUSE WAS JUST AS EXPECTED.
