Auto Towing Service
All-Star Towing was sent out by my 21st Century insurance Roadside Assistance. Randy arrived less than a half hour later, with a very legit looking shiny white giant truck. I wasn't sure if I needed a flat repair, a spare swap, or a tow. I explained the details to Randy and we decided maybe the tire was just out of air, so he pumped it up with his truck and then we listened for leaks.
We didn't hear anything, so we called it the easiest repair ever. I made an appointment with Smyth Tires, where I bought my tires, for tomorrow afternoon to get my tires maintained. Randy said that if it got flat by morning, I could just call and he'd come out and take care of it.
Randy was polite, trustworthy, and friendly. He was patient while I told my "how it happened" story, and joked around with me. It was the most pleasant and successful interaction I've had with a tow company.
