This company was the worst experience. I called them at the suggestion of Samsung to fix my TV for work that broke 34 days after I bought it. They gave me ticket number and said they would be coming to my house in ONE WEEK. I didn't want to wait that long, but figured I was screwed anyway. No one showed. Today, (8 days later) I saw an email from Service Quick saying that they "had attempted to reach me to set up an appointment." I already HAD an appointment! No one showed! So I called Service Quick's support agent and they said that the NEXT soonest one was ANOTHER week. I already WAITED a week. FIND SOMEONE ELSE, or DON'T BUY SAMSUNG.

One of the worst companies out there! They will take your payment and find any possible reason to not fix the issue and tell you to replace the appliance!

Service Quick came out terrible service!! Purchased a Samsung glass cooktop oven from Lowes on 11/28 and delivered 4 days later 12/2. Their warranty is 48hrs after delivery to address customer issues. Samsung doesn’t warranty cosmetic issues. I have owned and operated for close to 40yrs glass top stoves with never had an issue. That all being said… on 12/21 my husband and I filed our first complaint when we discovered a deep and significant scratch on the glass top when applying the glass cream to clean the glass. The cream filled the scratch and brought it to sight. Neither of us knowing how that significant scratch ever got there. One would think you would know exactly when it happened. 12/26 the service representative came and included on video chat a Samsung representative. The overall assessment was it was cosmetic and Samsung would not cover the scratch. After the video chat the service rep and I had a full conversation about the numerous complaints of this particular issue that he sees on a regular basis. He himself has the same problem with the inability to keep the fingerprints and smearing off the glass top. I have found the simple boiling of water with the fall of vapor water around the pot cannot be removed by simply wiping off the glass, like the previous stoves I’ve used. Every time the glass top must be creamed and polished to maintain a clean and debris free appearance. I find it very frustrating and a waste of time to have to put so much effort into the maintenance. My over all assessment of the glass top is that the glass is “defective”. Reading other reviews and complaints everyone is having the same issues. The glass top be so fragile where it scratches so easily, the inability to clean with a simple wipe down, random breaking and cracking of glass when cooking. BUYER BEWARE!

Awful. Absolute scam artists. They show up, charge $140 and then leave 2 minutes after, unable to fix or do anything. The customer service department is disgusting bad at their jobs and I truly can't believe this place is still in business. Horrible, horrible customer service. Horrible contractors, just absolutely horrible.

Service Quick technician damaged the foot/knob of my dishwasher unit, said he was going to his truck and left. Never returned, left unit in the middle of the kitchen with screws on the floor. Service Quick then denied responsibility for damaging the unit, which also voided my warranty. Their response. ‘Normal light blinking’ is the result of an unbalanced unit. Lowe’s sent out a new company who quickly identified the water inlet valve was broken. After three months of waiting for Service Quick to respond, 27 phone calls with no call back, contacting the better business bureau, and filing a formal complaint with Samsung and Lowe’s, a technician from Lowe’s identified the issue in 15 min. Service Quick failed in their commitment to provide qualified technical service to Samsung.

three people came out. the first one took apart the machine. the second person removed a part. the third person came out and said that it was non-repairable. They were dishonest and failed to return calls. They were the most outrageous service provider that I have had to deal with.

Had an appointment set up for Tuesday to diagnose the problem. Then a follow up appointment for Thursday was missed. Did not bother to call. Appointment today and found out Thursday's diagnosis was improper. Then second appointment he discovered that the problem was improperly diagnosed. Got no where to fix the problem. 8 hours of diagnosis and problem was not solved. AVOID.

Arrived at the appointment time. Repairman was very knowledgeable and professional. Checked out our Samsung refrigerator and told us what was needed. Had the new parts in the van with him. Took about a hour total. Called a couple of days later to make sure everything was working properly. We even received a letter from the service manager thanking us for our business and asked it we needed anything else.
We had made an appointment with another repair place a week earlier and on one showed at the appointed time. We call the office and they never returned our call or gave any reason for the no show.
It's always nice when someone acts in a professional manner.
We would recommend Service Quick to anyone looking for work to be done on any Samsung appliance. They also do other brands but were recommended to us by Samsung.
