This was a horrible experience and would not recommend this service.  In fact, another neighbor used him as well and had the same experience that I did. 
The quote was decent in comparison with other contractors.  The communication with Balbir was very difficult, I don't think he understands the value of customer service.  Several times during the project I asked questions and provided my input on what I wanted.  Rather than listening he actually yelled at me on several occasions and told me that I was always complaining. 
Otherwise, It took him three weeks to clear out my yard to set up for the sod and planting, of those three weeks his men worked cumulative 5 days.  For three weeks my yard had equipment and up rooted trees laying the in front yard.
Some of the plants that were planted died almost immediately after planting.  when I requested that they were to be replaced he told me that I was always complaining.
the two gates that were installed didn't function (dragging on the ground) after one month following installation.  I asked for them to be replaced several times and was told he would come out.  Five months later I have paid for another company to fix the damage.  The other company said the materials and construction were cheap.
overall, the project took the men maybe 10 days to complete but over span of 2 months and the quality is very poor.  Do not hire this company!
