Mostly, they were very creative. They did a very professional job and made no mistakes. They did their job well. The stone looks great. They were a little pricier than other providers. The project cost us $8000 excluding the material. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Signed a contract where the work was supposed to start on 8/26/10 and end no later than 9/3/10. They did the demolition of the old slate work fine and started on 8/26/10 as promised. However, I did not see nor hear from vendor after 8/26/10 regarding putting on the countertop after 8/26/10 through 9/3/10. I called on 9/3/10 to find out if in fact they were going to complete the job as per our contract, and they said no, that they would be out the following week. They were supposed to return, Wednesday, 9/8/10 at 11 am; no show and no phone call. I called at 1:30pm to find out installation status and the owner said that he would not be able to do the job that day. He said that he would be by on Thursday morning; they did not show up until late Thursday afternoon, 9/9/10. Because they showed up so late on Thursday, the work did not get finished until Saturday, 9/11/10,as we had construction work being done in our backyard that started on Thursday, 9/9/10, well after the granite countertop vendor was supposed to be finished. Had they finished the work on the day that they were a no show, Wednesday 9/8, then they would not have had to come back on a Satruday to finish the job. The quality of the granite bullnosing was excellent, but I would not rehire them again, as their punctuality was extremely poor.
