 + -1 moreI have made steady progress on my mobility. My knee is working fine now and my shoulder is steadily improving. I had acute pain in my back and shoulder recently that the physical therapist at my medical provider was unable to resolve. My UFC Personal Trainer gave me exercises that ended the pain in a few days. I am of an age where balance can also be an issue. My trainer regularly gives me exercises that improve my balance. My overall fitness has improved amazingly. I have a lot more upper body strength, as well as in my legs. My stamina has increased through the aerobic training I receive from my trainer. Having appointments with someone to work on my fitness has been the motivation I needed to leave my couch-potato state.
Description of Work: I have been working out at UFC with a Personal Trainer for 2 1/2 years. I had used other gyms and fitness companies, but was having increasing difficulty using their machines and doing unsupervised work-outs. I was having mobility issues with a knee and shoulder. I was referred to UFC by a friend and signed up with a Personal Trainer there who I have been working with twice a week ever since.
