Two Harts Construction & Development Inc.

We had a negative experience with them. We purchased the house that they were remodeling and we didn't actually hire them. They're the owner-builder and my concern is that the father presents himself as a licensed contractor but he is NOT. The work done here was done by the brother under the direction of the father - neither of which were licensed but they worked under the brother's license, who, for most of the time didn't even come to the property. We had issues because there were a lot of things they had to redo and finish which took months. Everything was supposed to done by April 30 (last year) but they were still around until late October before they finally finished. Then they had to come back to repair things that were done incorrectly. They didn't charge me because their services were part of the purchase of the house.
