The first time I re-financed with C & M, I needed to convert an expensive loan package my (future) wife had been roped into, when she purchased the home. I was skeptical of his promises, but his referrals indicated his work would be good. I had previously shopped around, but through his efforts to understand my needs, my wife and I decided to use his service. We were quite pleased with the result. We were so pleased that I began to refer him to friends and family. I used his service again to re-finance, when rates were at an all-time low. His customer service and rate packages were outstanding. He is so fastidious about the details, nothing slips past him. Finally, I re-financed with him a third time because my family was flooded out of our home after a large storm. I needed capital to lift and remodel the house, and he came through again. I was literally in a state of shock when I contacted him. His staff even helped me to find a rental (in 2 days!) while the house was remodeled.
