Replaced rotting boards, sanded & cleaned deck. Some other boards should have been replaced. One new board drained sap thru new surface. Had to request a second coat because first coat di not provide enough coverage. I provided my own paint to lower portion due to a different color wanted.
I feel that nail holes should have been filled and other boards replaced.
Yes deck is greatly improved but I will be filling nail holes and repainting this summer.
