They have dryers and heaters. They came right away. They have a way of checking for the slightest moisture. And they came in with the guys who clean in no time. They are very thorough and fast.
Description of Work: Water damage restoration. They ripped out tile to get to the woood floor below and the walls.

+ -1 moreThey were perfect. They did a very good job. They were phenomenal. They came even during the weekend to check how things were going. They did the base board. Everything they did was excellent. They put a mat where ever they went. They even packed up everything in the house. I had a great experience with them.
Description of Work: Our water heater leaked once when we were not at home, and when we came home, we found that our wood floor and our carpets everything was ruined. We called our insurance company, and we were given many companies and one of them was Servicemaster. They made sure they dried everything and cleaned up. They worked with other people who had come.

After vacuuming the wood floor, the technician indicated that he had done all that he could. We indicated to him that he needed to poke some holes in the ceiling sheetrock so that the water could be completely released from the upper floor. He called his supervisor and the supervisor refused to authorize the release of the moisture from the ceiling. Consequently, we told him to leave and that we were very unhappy because the water continued to slowly release onto the wood floor. Because of Servicemaster's refusal to accelerate the release and vacuum it up, we missed a valuable opportunity to save the wood floor. Ultimately, the wood floor had to be replaced at a significant cost to the insurance company.
Description of Work: The technician came out shortly after we called. An upstairs laundry room sink had overflowed, flooded the laundry room and the water evacuated into downstairs living spaces, including a workout room with a wood floor. The technician vacuumed up the water from the wood floor.
