Everything went very smoothly. Daniel kept in contact, crew arrived at appointed times, they kept the surrounding area walled off so there was not further contamination. The debris was removed from the house, the fixtures (which were salvageable) are waiting to be put back. I would highly recommend these folks.

They are very thorough and polite and professional. The house is Perfect now. I was impressed.

Well the young man who came out the technician who came out,I told him I was working from home that day and I needed him to just go take care of the work because he kept, it seem clear to me that a big part of his job was selling me stuff or selling me services and he kept talking to me and I finally said look I appreciate the information your giving me but I am working from home today, It's like working in the office so I need you to just to do the tune up and he did but then he did a big sales number on me afterward and took a lot of my time and he also told me I needed to replace a part which I told him I would get somebody else to take care of it because I had no idea whether the price quoted he gave me made sense are not and that part is working just fine. I could not say he wasn't a competent person because the system worked fine after he worked on it, it was working okay before this was just the annual thing you do.

Everything was great. They were very conscientious. They wanted me to send something to Yelp but I did not. I told them that they could use me for a reference just on e-mail and not phone. The experience was good. The only problem was that they could have explained ahead of time the rigmarole to do with getting the duct in, work inspected and so on. They finished the work in one day and it was great. However, somebody had to come by and work on the ducts. I have an inspector coming in tomorrow and he is going to put the smoke hood and other stuff. It is kind of continuing. That is California; it has got nothing to do with the company. They were very quick and speedy and put the stuff in. The guy was a good sales man. I would probably get by with a thermostat, but the guy who came out to check it in the beginning convinced me that I would get a rebate from PGand E plus tax credits. I did not check out the price with other companies. One of their provisos was that if I could beat it with a price that matches and all that kind of stuff. They had their discounts and all that. They talked me into it. I don’t really know about the price. I bet it is very competitive; it sure seems that way. So far the quality has been good. They were not able to check the air conditioner which is beautiful. It has twice the power of the old one but they cannot check it until the weather changes and it gets warmer.

We wanted to accomplish a more efficient system that would run a long time and save me on energy. Also to have the registers in areas that was more conducive to evenly heating the house. They guys were very very thorough and meticulous with their cleanliness. Even when they went into the attic and had to cut holes for the new vents (there was blown in insulation) they made sure none got into the house and if it did they were very quick to clean it up. I knew I would be paying more for efficiency. I probably should have called a few more places but one of the other places I wanted to call they only sold Lennux products. I went with these guys because they used Amana products. It is very expensive to begin with.
