House Cleaning
The service was very poor. We paid for a DEEP cleaning of the approximately 1500 sq ft home which was to include vacuuming, dusting and a thorough cleaning of the kitchen (stove, oven, frig, etc.) and the two bathrooms. It was not cleaned at all. The two people who came only wanted to spend 2 hours there (for $280!!!!), but my niece made them stay another 40 minutes! When my sister got home yesterday evening, she couldn't even tell it had been cleaned--soap scum in the bathrooms, bedrooms not vacuumed or dusted, etc. The company essentially robbed me of the money--probably because they knew I couldn't be there to supervise. I counted on Angie's List to be the supervisor ahead of time--guess that was a mistake! I am so disappointed! My sister really needed this done right--her husband just had cancer surgery!!!
