We are primarily carpenters (majoring in windows, decks, doors ,sheetrock, framing etc..), but also handle tiling, bathroom remodels, countertops, fixture installations (electrical and plumbing), light electrical work, light plumbing, and so many more projects. We do it all.

Had Russell Dwyer come out to fix some dry rot around my house and to put my gate in the front entrance of my house less then a week ago. I had notice when I open the gate it will drag to the floor so I took pictures and sent the to Russell Dwyer he the talks me I will come back out to fix the problem but it will cost me $150. I'm a single parent and for him to try to take advantage of me and charge me extra for something he didn't do correctly. So he refuse to come back out to fix the gate. So sad that there are people out there that will try and get more money out of you instead of making it right and fix the mistake. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE, HE DOES NOT HONOR HIS WORK.

He had to return twice because one of the screens failed. We called him for a third time because the same screen failed again; he was a no show. He didn't even call. I would not recommend him because he does not stand behind his work. He should have done it right the first time.

"Called this customer repeatedly. Weeks later when I finally got ahold of her she told me the screen had failed. I apologized profusely and tried to set up a date to stop by and correct the issue. She said she would get back to me. Never did. I take extreme pride in always making sure my customer is happy and would NEVER just not show up."
