The landlord received an estimate on 12/14. I called to dispute on 12/27; left a voicemail. Did not hear from anyone; emailed Michelle, the estimator on invoice, on 1/10. She cc'd Britton. I called Britton; he wasn't the one to talk to, said he'd refer me to Veronica. Never heard from him. On 1/25 I reached out to Veronica on my own. She gave me her # but didn't answer, I left a message. I get a call the 26th from ANOTHER person saying that they can talk to me but that it is due today or else they are putting a lien on the landlord's house. After a month of trying to get ahold of them they learned how to use the phone and call me the day that the bill is due. Convenient. They argued with me, said they could remove some of it, but they weren't going to take off everything that they overcharged us for; charged us for drilling holes they didn't drill, moving furniture that they didn't move, and overcharged for equipment and amount of hours they spent in our house.

Repair person arrived on schedule, explained all that would be done and went through the process as completed.? I was shown on the inline camera where the root had penetrated a joint in the sewer line.? Once the camera was used to follow the sewer line from the clean-out to the main line a report was made that no other breaks or penetrations existed.? The technician marked the location above ground where the penetration was located below and gave a general repair procedure (details may change once they excavate and begin actual repairs).?? An estimate was made giving what would be done and associated costs.? The technician was quite thorough and frequently asked if there were any questions.? Overall, this was a very satisfactory technical service.?

They are very professional and do a great job.

Easily made the appointment on line.  They called to see if they could come earlier then they were scheduled & that was fine.

The tech said the problem was the thermo coupler which he replaced & he disconnected the  water circulator   - he told my sister it wasn't working.  I have my doubts about this since it had been working the day before.   About 1/2 hr after the tech left we smelled gas.  We called PG&E.  The tech hadn't tightened the gas line.  Also the gentleman from PG&E said the problem with the pilot was probably the clogged filter since the heater is relatively new.  We wasted $300 on this visit.

Customer service contacted us after we filled out their customer service survey.  They were very apologetic & very concerned about our situation. we were refunded  everything except $80 for the service  visit which was more than fair since they did come out to the house.

Great.  They came right away and stayed until the job was finished--even though it was hard to get some of the equipment in and out of here.

They were very fast and very efficient and they took care of our problem. The person who came out seemed to know what he was doing. He did the work very efficiently and very promptly. They are very good. Their prices were reasonable when compared to quotes from some other contractors.

They were great and quick. They came out and dealt with the issue and everything went good.

I always use them. I like them a lot. They seem to get the job without making a lot of mistakes. They are not as expensive as when I got it. It nearly broke me. I had root problems in the main outlet where it goes into the street. I have some big trees and the roots seem to take over. They were very responsive. They came real quick.

The experience was horrible, since they charged $192 for 10 minutes worth of work. My daughter had to take the service call, and I think it was gouging. I went with a name brand, instead of a local company, which would have charged me $120 for same time. I called and told them what I thought, and they said they stand by the charges.

They ran into issues during the work and they kept in touch with me. They gave me an estimate when they got on site and as soon as it became clear that wasnt the only problem, they called me and gave me another estimate. They were both accurate for what they encompassed. Everybody all the way up from the plumber, dispatcher, to the manager was all good. I would have to give them a B on price because it was really expensive. However the punctuality was good as they worked around my tenants schedule.

Cesar arrived promptly at 6:00 pm between the designated window of 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm! After assessing the toilet flow situation, he provided the labor quote for the hourly rate to remedy troubled toilet. After clearing the flow to the trap with the auger, he tested the flow several times over with sheets of toilet tissues to ensure consistent flow. I was satisfied with the results, he was thorough in detail picking up after the job. Great service and what a relief (no pun intended)!

The first day that I called, I was told someone would arrive in about 2 hours. After 4 hours, no one had showed up or called. When I phoned in again. I was told the wait would be another 50 minutes. I canceled the call because it wouldve been too close to our stores closing time. The second day that our office called, the plumber showed up on time and performed the work quickly. However, in front of our patrons, the plumber made the comment that this was the worst drain hed seen in the last 6 months, and asked what wed been putting down the sink. We have a professional business, and the owner there that day did not appreciate that such a comment was made in front of our customers.

Quoted 1-2 hour arrival, and was a little past that, but phoned to let us know that they were on their way. Responsive, efficient.

Very courteous and friendly service. Arrived about a half hour after I called. Answered all my questions and provided suggestions for how best to keep pipes clear in the future. They were careful not to make any unnecessary mess or to disturb my garden. I had a high degree of confidence that they knew what they were doing.

Roto Rooter is a very efficient company who I used after hiring another company to do some sewer work for me. The first company broke my garden hose, made a mess of things, and then tried to get some money under the table from me to fix their mistake. I fired them and refused to pay them. I then called Roto Rooter and they came, and fished the nozzle of my garden hose out of the pipes as the first company broke it off. Roto Rooter fixed the mess up, did the original septic clean up for me, and I was pleased with their service and price.

THEY ARRIVED IN ABOUT 2 HOURS AFTER THE CALL; IT TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES TO DO THE JOB. THEY GAVE ME THE SENIOR'S DISCOUNT. THE SERVICE MAN WAS POLITE, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY DID A FINE JOB OF UNCLOGGING THE DRAIN. THY ROOTERED OUT A MAIN DRAIN LINE, AND DISCOVERED THAT ROOTS WERE CLOGGING THE LINE. THEY CUT THROUGH THE ROOTS AND CLEARED THE LINE.

ROTO ROOTER WAS UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROBLEM. THEY CAME OUT IN SHORT NOTICE. HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED AND WERE ON THEIR WAY. THE MAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FAST.

ROTO ROOTER WAS FAST TO RESPOND TO MY CALL. THEY CAME OUT & HAD THE KITCHEN SINK & DISPOSAL REPAIRED IN A VERY SHORT TIME. THEY WERE FAST, FRIENDLY, & VERY PROFESSIONAL.
