Randy's Carpet Care

I found Randy in the phone book advertising that he guaranteed pet odor removal. After reading the reviews on Yelp decided to try him. Carpets were treated, cleaned and a deodorizer used. And he suggested that I should purchase 2 bottles of the deodorizer for future use. Also he told me that he can't get all of the pet urine out if it's gotten into the pads. (Well then he shouldn't advertise that!) I was told that the carpets would take about 24 hours to dry. They were so wet it took a good week plus in some areas. This was during nice warm weather windows open and fans on. The smell of the deodorizer was nauseating. It was a waste of money. There was so much residue left in many areas that the carpets felt sticky and no longer soft. A month later, I went over the worst areas with water in my Bissel Little Green Machine to get the residue out. The water was so dirty because of the residue that was left behind after Randy's visit. We were very disappointed....over $300 later, a waste of money. I need to find another carpet cleaner that will CLEAN my carpets! They still feel dirty and smell!
