I’ve been using him for 8 years. He has supported me a lot. I was extremely happy with the last job he did. For what that job was and what his jobs that he does for me, I find his prices appropriate. He is very straight forward on what he can and what he can’t do. He is very good about telling you what he can do and he can’t do and then who can do it. Sometimes, I make a telephone consultation with him and it sort of surprised him and I paid him $20 for it. When we ended the call, I think both of us were very happy.

He had to go up on the roof and go down the sewer line because our Redwood tree always gets its roots in there. It gets our toilet and bath tub clogged. He has to do that every six months because of our tree. The reason I really like him though. My mom had alzheimer and she lived in a mobile home and he had so much patients. He had to do change out a water heater and go through the floor to do a new water line. He is just so friendly and nice about doing icky work. He was very patient with my mother. She is not there anymore. If there is ever an issue he comes back and fixes it for nothing. I would trust him with anything. That is all I can say.

The secure feeling of being able to rely on quality work being done consistently by a trustworthy person is priceless.

 I remember one time a few years ago,  when the roots came back pretty quickly, and we called Quality Plumbing again.  Although it certainly wasn't his fault that we have such a healthy growing tree,  he did not charge the full fee.
   
We have called on Quality Plumbing many times during these last four or five years. One such time, about  two years ago, we have had to ask him to help with plumbing problems at an older relative's mobile home.   The relative had let things go for too long, due to dementia. Quality Plumbing was extremely polite and understanding during the numerous replacements and repairs needed.   His professionalism was extremely appreciated during such a traumatic time.
