They were here for two weeks on the above job. There were details left undone (caulking and venting) but I finally had to cut it off because it was taking too long. The toilet is still set in crooked and they did not install the beadboard I had asked for and now the toilet, vanity and baseboards make it almost impossible. The communication was bad. There was a problem with a drawer on the vanity because of the plumbing. It is a guest bath and I asked that the drawer be rendered inoperable but Phil went ahead at $70 a hour spending 4 hours making the drawer work. They were far too expensive ($105 hr.) and far too slow. I finally had to declare the job finished as they would still be here.

He works with a handyman that I usually hire. His family is into plumbing business and I gather that he doesn?t want to do plumbing. He wants to work with the handyman and wants to do carpentry work. My handyman recommended this guy to me as he was very busy. I have used him a couple of times. He is very good. The last time I used him, I paid $800. He did a couple of things for me. Another company had quoted $1800 for the same job. He is very good. I would recommend him. I think he is very experienced. I think he comes equipped with the right view point. He does what needs to be done. I have great confidence in him. He is quite responsive, but he is busy. He is always working. He always has clients who want him to do work. I will continue to use him in the future.
