Pest Control
The raccoons returned and were able to remove the piece of plywood that the company had used to seal up the main entry. They had given me a 1 year guarantee which is up December 30, 2009. I have been trying for months, to get them to come out to honor my warranty. In September I was able to get a person to answer the phone. I spoke with Brandon who I had originally contracted the job with. He made an appointment to come out the following day. He never showed. I have called a dozen times since and left messages to call me back. He hasn't called. The last time I called was Dec. 11th. This message I left I warned him that if he didn't call me that I was going to contact BBB and Angies's list.
