Description of Work: I originally hired Mike to replace two toilets and the sub flooring in two bathrooms for $1285 which included the materials. I had to go buy the linoleum myself for him to put on top of the sub floor. While he was working, he suggested taking out the vanity in the master bath, and the bath/shower stall. He started doing the drywall in the shower and then he suggested replacing all of our plumbing with copper pipe. Since I live in a 12 x 60 mobile home, I figured I might as well and he charged me $1500 for the re-plumbing. I also purchased a Flipper Claw tub and he installed it completely wrong. He told me that that was the only way to install it, but months later, I found that it was put in backwards. Also, come to find, he cut through the bottom of a PVC drainage pipe while installing the tub. Mike also repaired the drywall and painted the bathroom as well. At first, the drywall job looked pretty good but found many flaws after a REAL contractor painted the wall since Mike never completed the painting job himself. The vanity that I ordered, he never secured it to the walls; the mirrored medicine cabinet that went over the vanity was installed up-side-down which caused the doors to never close correctly. Mike also never completed the moulding which I paid for so I had to have the REAL contractor complete that a long with many other corrections and fixings of flaws, etc., etc... Use your imagination and never use this "contractor" unless he is paying YOU to work on your house.
