Moulding Masters

We hired Domonic and his team to install crown molding and framing throughout the house. I have worked with numerous contractors over the times and these guys are in the top 1%. The bid was fair and Domonic was always response throughout the project. The team was on time each day and cleaned up after. We had to change the scope a few times and this wasn't a problem at all. The end result was fantastic! I have zero complaints and the wife was extremely happy with the work. I highly recommend!

Moulding Masters' owner, Mark, came with samples, and his friendly, no-pressure style won me over right away. The two installers, Dominic and Ricardo, are aces at what they do - and finished in one day, leaving the rooms clean and beautiful. The price was very reasonable, and the result is priceless!

I stopped by their shop in Concord and was contacted by the next day by the owner. Mark actually came to my house on a Sunday to help meet my schedule. They showed up on time the first day and finished by the day they said they would be done. The crew was all so very pleasant along with Mark. They all seemed to really enjoy their work. We felt very safe leaving the house while they were working. I am a very picky person and I am 100% satisfied. Great job Moulding Masters!!!!

Owner was pleasant, professional and punctual for estimate.  Easy to schedule work.  Team arrived with owner on time.  The job was completed in one day with a full team.  They did excellent work and did not leave the job site until we were completely satisfied.  Our home was cleaned well prior to departure.  So nice to have a job well done!

Price was fair and quality of the work is great, we are really pleased with the final product.  They also made it very easy for us, not requiring us to (re)move furniture from the rooms they were working in. Excellent craftsmanship and the work was done cleanly and efficiently.
My only minor quibble was with the manner in which they delivered and acted on their quote- everything was very informal, we never signed a  contract, and they seemed to just pick a figure out of the air when we put down our deposit (what we ended up putting down the day we stopped in the office was different than what they said they'd ask us to put down).  Again, can't stress enough that, in hindsight, these were very minor issues.  MM was just a little more loosey-goosey about the details than I'm accustomed to.
Would highly recommend and will consider for future jobs.

Hank came in and measured out for crown moulding in several rooms. He had good suggestions for where crown might look best.
Based on his estimate we have contracted to do the install.
We will report back once the work is done but I expect it will be fantastic as I know the reputation of this company is STELLAR!

UPDATE after install:

The team arrived right on time - actually a couple minutes early. They explained the process and then got right to work. They worked efficiently and cleanly. Once the crown was up they caulked it and filled all the nail holes before putting a finishing coat of paint. They left no paint brush strokes and the finish is like porcelain. It looks so wonderful - it even makes our old wall paint look better now that there is additional contrast.

They cleaned up when they were done and left no construction debris. The workers were friendly and professional.

Mark and his team are about as good as it gets when it comes to moulding. We had the entire moulding in our recent remodel removed to be replaced with new base board, door casings and crown. We had used Moulding Masters in the past and did not hesitate to call them for an estimate for our project. We have used Moulding Masters three times now as our renovation program moves throughout the house. Their professionalism, expertise and workmanship are top-notch. The owner, Mark Benda, is a pleasure to deal with and his crew members are all very hardworking and meticulous. All cutting is done outside to minimize dust and they are extremely tidy. We continue to invite them back because the prices are fair for the amount and quality of the work performed. Our house has provided them with some unique challenges and they love coming up with solutions. They have also corrected work done previously by others. These guys know the right way to doing things! To date, we have been thrilled with the results. Since we are also repainting the interior of the house as we renovate, and I am extremely picky, I usually have my professional paint crew check for any additional touch-ups, if needed, after the mouldings have been installed. As homeowners, we are happy to share our positive experience with this company. We look forward to engaging them again in the near future for baseboards after we re-carpet the upstairs.
