First of all, I went through Angieâ s list. I got 4 Estimates For a residential Powerwash of the exterior of my home, the structure itself and not pathways or driveways . They ranged from $200-$900. With one exception, they all were advertised as larger companies. The exception is who I chose, this company, Which seems to be a bit of a smaller family type, entrepreneur business. I always tend to lean more towards smaller businesses if the project is not extensive. I can tell you that this business was the most responsive. In addition, I was very restricted on my schedule, and the Gentleman even inquired with the other customer to see if they could come a bit earlier or later so they could do my job. Regardless of the disposition, if it worked in my favor, I appreciate the effort. Upon arrival, He was extremely friendly in terms of his professionalism. I have a White House and spiderwebs had consumed every portion of the eaves and the porch. I explained that my house siding was not particularly dirty, but I was more concerned about the spiderwebs that had accumulated.. I donâ t think I saw one spiderweb when he was done. I did have Clark Pest control, but I canceled them because the quality of service was diminishing over the four years I had them, Even with callbacks to respray. After the Powerwash, I hired Homeshield Pest control out of Walnut Creek, California. Again, far superior, then the larger company like Clark. Everything has worked out perfect. I will call this business back for another Powerwash without hesitation.
