Concord based Milani & Associates was established in 1999. From the start, Milani & Associates approach is to take the time to understand each client's goals and objectives and then determine the most effective and efficient steps required. Milani & Associates is experienced in a providing a broad spectrum of civil engineering services (planning, engineering, land surveying and construction staking projects). Civil engineer projects in our portfolio include residential developments (high & low density), office/commercial, industrial, retail, levee rehabilitation, educational facilities, complex mapping projects, construction staking and public works services. All mapping and surveying services utilize GPS equipment to provide efficient and cost effective survey services for projects ranging from simple to complex. Environmental services include surveys for asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality, water quality and site soil characterization for both demoliton and renovation.

"We phase our work accordingly. The initial phase has been completed. I have been in Contact several times with the client and have offered solutions, which he has not accepted. The client stated at the beginning of the project that he had a person processing his application and that we were in support role only. This clearly is not the case."
