From start to finish, can't say enough about quality of workmanship, ease of scheduling/flexibility with entire team.  The owner, Carlos Gomez, did a great job, even helping us along the way and keeping us from making some big mistakes.  He came up with some ideas that we would never have thought of.  They were meticulous about putting up plastic barriers each day to keep the dirt/dust from the rest of the house.  His team cleaned up every day after work, which really helped up keep the rest of our home as clean as possible. Estimated completion date was much later than planned,  primarily due to some additions to original plan and delays with needing additional flooring that we actually had on hand.  Due to design changes, we needed more than we had, but that was no fault of Carlos'.  All of his subs were great, and they did quality work.  Overall, we were very satisfied, and would use MG Home Renovations in the future with no doubts whatsoever. There are a lot of contractors out there; if you want a really good one, give MG a call!!

.this construction project was unplanned - dryrot discovered by painting crew who called in MG Home Renovations. So we did not comparison shop on contractors, though our painter was picked from Angie's list, so we figured he had good connections. The initial start was fairly quick considering the short notice, there were a few followup issues on fixing the flashing and restoring the landscaping materials at the base of the foundation that didn't get taken care of for a couple of months, but the critical demolition and rebuilding of half the back of our house exterior went pretty quickly and the followup stuff did get done well once his crew had more time to respond to the followup concerns later.
