Paul is the best! He saved us during a heat wave with our air conditioning unit. He is professional and responds quickly. We are so happy he made time to fix our air conditioning during a heat wave. We more than recommend him!!!

They were very pleasant about fixing the installation mistake my husband had made that was causing a gas leak from the new wall furnace he had installed. It was only a small part that needed to be changed and they only charged the minimum for a call out. I will use them again.

Paul was fantastic - he came out on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a heat wave to fix my blown capacitor. I could not have been happier with the customer service, from the first call back to Paul coming out and taking care of the issue. I will certainly be using them again for regular maintenance and any further emergencies.

They were the first to call (within minutes of posting) which makes them head and shoulders above others who called *days* later. There were a lot of unforseen problems along the way but Solomon was able to work out some solutions and kept me informed all the way about what was happening and gave me a lot of options to work with financially, time-wise, etc. Great company. And yeah--when they respond right away you know you're dealing with good people.

Called Mechpros when another company wouldn't pick up my call and was very happy with the person that answered the phone. I think they would have come out the same day if I had not been scheduled to be elsewhere. I asked them to come the next morning if they could and the service man, Paul Massone, called just before 9 AM and was at my home within 10 min. He located the problem and had it fixed within an hour. It took this long because he had to go back to his shop for a part. The cleaned up after themselves well and the cost was extremely reasonable. I am very happy with this project. I highly recommend this company.

Solomon knew exactly how to solve the problem I was having with my furnace. He explained to me that there were several possible contributors to the problem and one by one eliminated each. When he diagnosed and corrected the actual problem (a dirty heat sensor) he explained to me how he had concluded that the sensor was the problem, what he would need to do to fix it, and then made the necessary changes. Now my furnace works perfectly and my only regret is that I waited so long to call these guys! Phenomenal experience.

Mr. Solomon Irvine was our service technician, he did a great job, answered all our questions, explained the job completely, did the work, cleaned up after the job was finished and presented us with a complete and detailed work order. We could not ask for a better experience.

The person was prompt and sincere. But he took two attempts to figure out the problem. That's why I gave 4.0 . I still liked their service.

The repairman was professional and persistent in getting my repair done.

They found the problem, explained the part that was needed, promised to order the part and return the next day, and gave me an estimate of the cost. Owner returned, on time, the next day with the part. Installed the part in a short period of time and showed me the old part and how it was not working. Explained what he had to do with the old part, gave me an invoice that did not differ from what he said. I will use this company for the future. Thank you Mechpros.

Paul M was fantastic! It was the hottest day of the year and the only person/company that called me back. (I called 4 others) He was flexible about his availability, and was here when he said he would be. The problem turned out to be user error (me!) but he found the problem quickly, easily and didn't laugh . AND he fixed it in two seconds. He was professional, pleasant and easy to work with. So glad I have a name to call in case of future problems.

Paul came out after hours to discover what parts I needed to repair my Travel Trailer rooftop A/C unit. It's been 9 days, and I'm still waiting. I have spoke with him on the phone 2 additional times. Parts required seem to be very difficult to locate,
