They came in and did a very good work.

This was an insurance job and they did a great job. The home looks amazing. The only thing I need replaced still is my floor but I am working on that. If you have a big project for remodeling your home I would definitely recommend them.

The work was completed per what was outlined. Their prices seemed high for what the work they performed. However, given the costs were arranged by the insurance company, we did not have much say in the pricing. I did find that I questioned them on anything, they tended to become defensive.

Work was done with great quality and neatly. Excellent job, should last 20 years. Very Pleased.

They never bothered calling back.

The day before Thanksgiving, my husband discovered water dripping through a ceiling fan from the deck above. Naturally I called Mark Scott Construction first. They sent 2 estimators our right away to determine what was going on. After assessing the situation, it was determined that they could perform the interior repairs once the deck above was removed and the flat roof undeneath was replaced or repaired. As they really believed that the exterior deck and roofing was a specialty skill, they were very generous to refer me to an excellent specialist. In the meantime, it was clear that this was a bad situation, and they also referred me to a restoration company to open the ceiling and install a large dehumidifier to remove all moisture until work could continue. That company was fantastic, coming out the night before Thanksgiving, doing perfect work, and monitoring the progress through the weekend.

They were great and everything. I will probably go with someone that is a little bit cheaper. I thought they were fine. The estimate was higher than what is in my budget. That is the only reason that I did not use them. Otherwise, I probably would have definitely used them. I might go back to them.

Overall I am very pleased and plan on calling them for our kitchen remodel.

I wouldn't reschedule an appointment due to the lack of professionalism in keeping appointments.

.He was our general contractor and I was very happy with the work he did. He is very professional and knowledgaable. I would use him again.

Our family room was flooded and had to be rebuilt. We wanted to do some remodeling since the room was torn up anyhow. Each time we asked a question (e.g. price of windows) it took Mark Scott about two weeks to respond. After about three or four of these exchanges, we arrived at a reasonable plan and the representative promised to have a bid within two weeks. After that, Mark Scott's representative stopped returning our calls and never sent a bid. They did not even call to say that they did not want our business.
