Malinas House Keeping

The guy who runs this business is always with the workers. He does some of the cleaning. I always tell him he makes the girls work too hard and he slacks off. I had housekeepers before where the people who ran it were never here. I would have problems and they kept saying they'll all come from then on and they would never show up. This guy is always here. He is extraordinarily flexible on schedule, if you want to change things. Some people charge you no matter what; he can arrange whatever days with them. If you have to cancel, it's not a problem. He always texts me a couple of days before to give me an estimated time of arrival that day. He is just really nice and very friendly. He is Filipino, but he speaks fluent English, and a couple of the girls speak some English. One time I wasn't happy with something, and they came all the way back the next day to make it right.
