They weren't very professional and they took too long to install the A/C unit. A part was malfunctioned and it took too long to replace.

Horrible! This company sucks! The workers showed up to job over 4 hours late with no call from the office letting me know what was going on. When I called I was brushed off and told that they were "getting parts." When I asked if they were at another job finishing up I was told "We don't do that, they work on a job until its finished." Because they were extremely late on day 1, they did not finish. Workers told me they would be back next day, first thing in the morning to finish up. They also left a huge mess in my backyard. Obviously intending to return. 3 hours late into day 2, I call the office and ask where they are. I was told they were on another job. I asked about what she had told me previous day about how their workers work on one job until its done, her response was "The workers are not authorized to tell you that they would come back." Needless to say I threw a fit. Took over a week to schedule job finish, & backyard unusable. Customer Service is non-existent at this company

Installed new Carrier furnace and electronic air filter. Immediately the air filter began sparking and popping continuously. Initial installers said this was normal and departing, leaving a mess of sharp metal scraps in our driveway. Crackling from the filter continued - we could open the little door to it and see the electricity arcing. Called Knoll Systems and were told we would get a call back. No call back. Tried this about 15 times, eventually coming to the desperate point of mentioning legal action. Someone finally came out, but couldn't fix it. After about 10 more calls, they finally came out again and replaced the filter unit. The crackling and arcing diminished significantly.

HEATER FAILED ON PARTICULARLY COLD FRIDAY NIGHT IN WINTER. KNOLL CAME 2 HOURS AFTER I CALLED ON A SATURDAY MORNING. THEY HAD PARTS AVAILABLE EVEN THOUGH HEATER WAS 25 YEARS OLD. THEY REPLACED THE PARTS, & GOT IT UP & GOING AGAIN QUICKLY & PROFESSIONALLY.
