Customer service rep (Anna) is extremely rude with issues. When I had inquired about a quote, this company called me several times, left voicemails, text messages and emails. I had asked her nicely to stop contacting me. She is responding by questioning me and now has continued to reach out and harass me, even a week later. I've have contacted this site and will reach out to others to prevent this from occurring again.

"Please see our previous reviews! Everything She said is not true! Angie’s list provide Us with the information and calling is our Job since the company charges about $200 for the lead (unfortunately people just play around) is so easy to answer the phone and say not interested but she never replied, when finally did it, she was so rude and mad saying to stop calling (why she didn’t do it since the very beginning?) so I can just delete her from the list! When I nicely tried to explained, she was still so so rude! Nobody deserves to be treat like she did to me, I’m a human being and deserve respect as well! She’s still mad because Home adviser Didn’t affect the company and writing bad reviews is her own revenge! Hope she can be happy in her life!"

Their service was exceptional. I had 4 bids, he was more detailed, more exacting about his measurements, listened to what I wanted, suggested new and innovative solutions to things I had not thought of, was on time, efficient and in budget. He was far superior to the other 3 bids which in some cases were much more expensive and scattered. Saul was pleasant and easy to work with. He’s cool and nice which is always a bonus. Now 6 years later, after 2 teenagers have lived hard in the house, the cabinetry looks like new. I’m selling now and he’s helping with my new house and the experience is equally positive. What I love most is that aside from the smooth fabrication and financial aspects, is that for 6 years it has looked great, was super functional and I loved living with it every day. Thanks Saul! I recommend him to anyone who asks.
