Small Appliance Repair
Of course, the parts for my MW were no longer available, and if they were, would cost and arm and a leg, but KAPS had an old model with working parts and did an "organ transplant" on my machine which is now back in its custom home and working just fine.

I called first and he asked for details over the phone to make sure that he thought he could fix them. I took them in and he was able to complete the work in just 24 hours. Very professional and efficient. I was so glad to not just throw them away, but actually fix them.
