The owner responded to our request for an estimate quickly and finished the job the next day. Unfortunately, a big branch fell on my roof and created damage to the rooftop and shook and broke a lamp inside the house. The owner repaired the rooftop to the best ability. We did not ask to pay for the lamp, however. His attitude was acceptable.
