Tony and Mike performed all the work with utmost care and professionalism. They were a joy to have in our home, and communication was easy and professional. Without hesitation, I would rehire and refer Independent Plumbing.

This was an emergency.  I am a senior (you know how that goes) and I only have the one toilet.  I tried unsuccessfully to unclog it myself but to no avail.  I called two other well rated companies but they could not help me until the following week.  I tried Independent Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised.  I left a message and it was returned within 10 minutes.  Tony arrived exactly on time (on his way home).  He was very courteous and worked quickly to complete the job.  I happened to mention that I frequently had an odor coming from my bathroom sink drain and he undid the stopper to see if I had a buildup of hair, etc.  It was clear so he replaced the stopper.  There was no charge associated with that extra help.  He gave me his card and I will certainly call him again as needed.

Tony arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my kitchen faucet, which had been leaking for about a month.  He had the parts necessary to fix it on his truck and showed me the defective parts. 
I'm very happy with the work performed and would recommend this service provider. 

Diagnostic and explanation of problem was clear and very honest.  I needed a new faucet also, and he went out to get a new one.  Work done was on time and leak was fixed, and I got a new faucet that worked better.  Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism and excellent job that Independent Plumbing did.

If you need any kind of plumbing services in the future, Independent Plumbing in Concord is the way to go.  I have had bad experiences with big name plumbing companies in past years.  The trouble is you really do not know who you are getting and if they really have had the proper training and experience to do the job, which could result in making the problem go from bad to worse and cost you more money.  When I reported that I had a small, but constant, leak from inside the wall, he immediately made arrangements around his busy schedule to come over and work on the problem before it got worse.  Tony was right on time and did an immediate assessment of the problem.  He took conservative steps during his diagnosis, instead of tearing apart walls, floors, sinks and toilets.  He found the leak simply by cutting away a small square of sheetrock in the garage and found the leak in the copper piping, cut out the leaking pipe, made an identical replacement piece and reconnected it.  All I have to do is to air it dry for a few days and repair the sheetrock piece, which he cut into a neatly fitted square. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of time and labor he went through to fix it.  Tony runs a very professional, honest and fair business.  He knows what he is doing with 21 years of plumbing experience.  This company comes with my highest recommendation.

Tony has been my plumber for over ten years.  He has changed out all the faucets in my house ( 10).  I get his discount at the plumbing store.  He is always on time, the charges are always reasonable, and the repairs have held up over time.  I feel very fortunate to have such a competent and mic guy as my plumber.

They were very good.  The helped me out a lot.  The first time they came out they did a spectacular work.  I believe my wife was doing the research and I was also there and they were quicker to respond and I don’t know why I used them but we were very satisfied with them.  I liked the response time and their professionalism.  They are prompt.  They knew how to fix and what needs to be fixed and they did it right.  It was high quality work.

They arrived on time, and were quite pleasant.  They asked me what the problem was, and we had a few clogged pipes that hadn't been cleaned out in a long while.  They got to work right away, finished quickly.  It wasn't a big job, but it was one I wasn't prepared to do.  Thanks guys!

My kitchen faucet came loose from the counter again after two friends tightened it for me.  I called Tony (he had replaced a water valve on a toilet in October 2013) to take a look at it and tighten it for me.  He explained why it kept coming loose, fixed the problem, and answered all my questions.  Tony was on time, professional & friendly. Both jobs Tony has done for me have been small, but I have no doubt that should I have a major plumbing issue in the future, I will be calling Independent Plumbing to take care of it for me!

I called and scheduled an appointment. When I described the problem on the phone, Tony knew exactly what was wrong and quoted me a price. He arrived at the schedulded time. I asked him to look at another problem I was having and he recommended not to do anything unless it got worse as the part needed to fix it was expensive. When he fixed the toilet, he had to replace a valve which was not part of the original quote. He did not charge extra for this. The job was quickly completed. He was very careful to clean the area as he worked. I would not hesitate to call him for all my plumbing needs. 

I contacted Tony on Monday. He agreed to stop by my house after completing another job the following day. He arrived at the exact time we agreed upon. He completed the job in an hour. His workmanship was top class.

Tony and his team were fantastic and really know their jobs.  They figured out the most efficient way to reroute from entry to the hot water heater, two bathrooms, kitchen, and outside hose nozzles.  Tony also recommended a new toilet that didn't cost much but works SO MUCH better than the old one, and he put in a new dishwasher to replace the old one.  The result is a perfectly functioning house, better bathroom and kitchen, and no more leaks!  The team made the process easier for us by protecting our furniture from dust and cleaning up every afternoon, and leaving us running water every day and evening.  They were very respectful of the fact that we were living through this.  All in all, I think the pricing was very good and the quality was excellent.

The owner, Tony was excellent at communicating time wise. He performed all the work himself. He did so, in a timely manner. He cleaned up very nicely. We needed some tile work done and he got someone for me to do that.
