Carlos and his team were absolutely fantastic! I had a significant leak under my home, and he was the only contractor to respond quickly. He provided multiple detailed options for additional work I had requested (copper re-pipe and connection to the water main, sewage line repair) and was not pushy about any particular solution. Every step of the way he explained why he was doing what he was doing and showed me the progress; I learned a lot in the process! The piping in my crawl space is now up out of the way and was beautifully done. Carlos even updated some of my outside valves and was very thorough about back-washing all the sinks and cleaning the filters to remove any leftover particles in the lines when the work was complete. Most importantly, he showed up when he said he would, completed the work when he said he would (just 2 days), made repairs to my irrigation system, and put everything back the way it was (including my yard!). So glad I went for the updated piping; it has made a world of difference in my water flow. I would absolutely call High Tech Plumbing for any future work and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Carlos figured out the parts I might need after contacting me at 7 p.m. The next day, after 15 minutes, my hot water heater was fixed and Carlos helped work on my clogged sink for no charge! He has also been helpful in referring other skilled plumbers to help with another issue I was having. I will be using Hi-Tech for any of my plumbing needs going forward.

Installing a new natural gas line was intimidating but Carlos was a pleasure to work with. Very pleasant and responsive, always had time to answer questions, explain the work being done and offer suggestions. From start, to city inspection, to gas service restored, the work was handled very professionally. Highly recommend.

it was not a big technical job just the removal, no replacement, of the disposal unit and a cold water outlet from the rear to water the plants on the deck. I agreed to the price and paid. As a senior , I find this happens frequently. My problem is I have been a home owner and have maintained my homes for well over 60 years and know a bit.

I had a new roof installed and a condition of finalizing the job we had to install an earthquake shut-off valve on our gas line. Carlos to the rescue! The job was done quickly and Carlos went over the details on how to reset the valve if necessary,

I am so thankful that I hired High Tech Plumbing! I have never had such a wonderful experience! Carlos showed up on time and was very knowledgeable, clean and professional. He explained every detail of the project and I found he and his crew a delight to work with. Carlos was excellent. So friendly and my dog loved him. High tech Plumbing called me right away, gave me an estimate that night without charging me. They showed up on time and completed the work early. My only complaint is the price.I always want something cheaper, but I guess it's a good value for the Bay Area.
