Nick and his team are absolutely the best solar company you would want to work on your home. From the time I signed the proposal the solar panels were installed and producing energy in a little over a month. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and professionalism of the green air team. I will without a doubt recommend Green Air to all my friends and family. The level of service Green Air provides is beyond compare. If you are interested in solar or HVAC, Nick and his team will take care of all your needs.

Things went very well.  Our roof started to leak in rainy season they promptly came out and covered the roof to prevent further leakage.  Once the weather cleared up they were here installing everything.  Whole process once they started took about a week.

++++ Nick came over to discuss replacing our air conditioning and heater. We interviewed many companies and did hours of research before calling anyone. Nick knew the most of any of company about the products and which solution was the best for us. I loved it that he was not tied to a specific brand. Came through with everything he promised! Nick is the best!

We met with the estimator/salesman for the quote and he was very friendly and knowledgeable.  He walked us through the whole choice of systems and our options.  He went up into the ceiling on the 2nd floor where our furnace was and made measurements on the opening to the attic and up in the attic.  In addition, he also gave us an estimate for a solar system which we decided not to go with.
We had the Costco HVAC company come and do an estimate.   The person came to the house did no measurements and gave us a price.  I looked up later on the internet the equipment in the quote and the person had chosen a vertical furnace and we needed a horizontal one.  Green Air was professional and seemed to know what they were doing.  Green Air met the Costco price excluding all the Costco members perks.
The installation was very smooth for us and took one day.  The two people were very professional even though they ran into some things that they did not expect.  The installation team stayed until they finished and the install took one extra long day.
We are happy about the equipment and its operation.
We asked about permits after the installation was done because we assumed that if they were required that the company would either advise us or would take care of it.  We had heard that permits might be required for the installation.  We checked with the city and the city confirmed that they were required.  Green Air eventually agreed to do the duct testing and the permits.
The original installation was August 30, 2011.  On September 9, 2011, Green Air agreed to get the permits and do the Duct Testing.  We had to follow up several times before a duct test was performed on November 14, 2011.  The duct test passed.  We had to again follow up several times until the permit was issued.
