We had several other quotes that were almost double what they quoted us. The quality of work was great. They did the same type of work as a similar company that advertises (who we got a quote from and was double the cost) and the work was just as high quality, if not better. Their crew was truly professional, clean, and very talented.

Great, the crew showed up Tuesday, my wife wrote a check for deposit.  Then on Friday when all was said and done, my wife handed over another check for $500.  Very satisfied with the work.

Very nice man who owns this sole proprietorship. When the job was done it looked very good and the workmanship seemed excellent. I was very satisfied. He did my neighbor's property also. After a prescribed time to let the pavers "season," I asked him to put a coat of sealer on the pavers. Also one section of the pavers were slipping apart and the cracks were more than 1/4", the distance agreed to to have the pavers reinstalled. I also asked him to re sand the pavers as there did not seem to be enough sand between them. He was very slow to respond, but when he came he gave me an estimate of an additional $1,200 as the sealer is very expensive, and more sand had a cost also. I agreed to the price (reluctantly) and his men proceeded to sand the pavers again and swept it clean, or so I thought. They did not sufficiently clean the pavers and then proceeded to put the sealer over then. The result was the sand residue remained adhered to the pavers. I sent Augustine a letter with a "good faith" check in the amount of $600 asking him to clean the pavers and I would pay the balance. I never heard from him again and he cashed the $600. Since then the pavers he had to replace have separated again and you can imagine it will be impossible to get him to come out again.
