I’ve been using John for years to keep the large tree in my front yard from burying us in olives. They contact me when the optimum time to spray comes around, I give them the ok & I don’t even have to be home when they do it. They leave me a bill - easy & reliable.

They caught on Gopher on 11/10/2017 & after that no other Gopher activity.

The pest went away and it hasn't returned. They got the job done. There was an old bump on the other side just a feet away. I mentioned that and they said if they treated that, it would be another treatment which wasn't anything reasonable to me.

Gophers had killed 2 shrubs in my front yard and were in the process of destroying a dwarf oleander.  Several stems were completely chewed off.  I knew that I needed professional help.  Gingrich Horticulture was recommended to me.  Staff was very knowledgeable and responded in a timely manner.  Gopher problem was eliminated.

I decided to get their help again - this time to eliminate roof rats which seem to have learned to avoid the traps which I set.  I see them on my deck at various times during the day.  Tony deployed 3 bait stations and knew the best locations for them - not where I would have thought.  He came back & checked them and found that the bait was being eaten.  It will take a little while before we see success but I'm sure that we will.

It went very good. I have been using them for years. They come out about 6-7 times a year to do various things depending on the time of the year.

We had landscaped our backyard 2 1/2 years ago.  Gophers have slowly (and not so slowly in the last few weeks) been tearing up our lawn and flower beds.  We have tried high frequency sound mechanisms, bombs, and poison---- without results (would only slow them down for a few weeks).   A representative from Gingrich came last Fridayt  surveyed the area, and set 6 traps.  John, the owner came this morning (Monday) and pulled up the traps----- and there they were --- two big, well fed gophers!!!  We know this isn't the end of our problem forever but we are so pleased to have stopped the damage for now.  (Gophers work singularly and in territories, so feel we are fine for the time being).  I would recommend Gingrich to anyone who wants results.  They are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.  They are a little pricey.  But as they say "You get what you pay for"!!

John is responsive to calls for estimates.  He called back right away, and we set up a time for him to look at our situation.
The reason this month long trapping is pricey, is that it involves multiple visits per week to check the traps, and the initial set up takes some time. He is very careful to keep the traps out of a child's reach, and from interfering with neighbor's yards.  Where applicable, he protects birds from getting caught in the traps by putting mesh over the trap.
His company offers a variety of yard and critter services.  I recommend Gingrich Horticulture Service, and I will use them for bait station maintenance, and will try some of their other lawn and critter services.

They were excellent. They did the best that they could. Jaun came and was very informative. The lady at the office was very helpful. Responded right away.

It went very well. They were very professional. They were on time and friendly. They were clean. We would highly recommend them. They were reliable.

After three weeks, I haven't seen a single ground squirrel.  Total success!

THEY MADE SEVERAL TRIPS OUT TO THE HOUSE AND SET TRAPS AND REMOVED THEM AFTER THEY FOUND THE MOLES. ALTHOUGH IT TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS TO REMOVE THE MOLES, IT CLEARLY SAVED MANY PLANTS AND THE GRASS AREA AS WELL.
