THEY CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER I CALLED THEM TO TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER. AFTER LOOKING AT IT THEY TOLD ME MY KEYBOARD WAS GUMMED UP. THEY CLEANED IT OUT AND HAD IT WORKING GREAT IN NO TIME. THEY WERE GREAT.
