Excellent job.  Fred was very professional and pleasant.  I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again when lock service is needed.  After placing the call, Fred was at my front door within one half hour.  A super nice man.  I just cannot say enough good about Fred's Lock Maintenance, and could not be more pleased with his service.

Very professional he has a higher level of skill in his area he was fast and had no trouble with the price and he was generous  my request may have cost more to do extra work but he did allow my coupon to cover the work done plus the extra .

Fred dick a great job.  He got there within 30 minutes of my call (I called him at 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday).  I had lost my house keys on an out of town trip.  He was able to get me into my house, and did it for the price he had quoted me over the phone, plus a few bucks for a new lock cylinder.  Very friendly, very professional, and very prompt.

It went very well.  He did a really good job.  When he originally finished the work, everything looked good.  Days later I realized there was a problem and contacted him.  He came out immediately and solved the problem.

Great.  I would definitely recommend Fred.  He re-keyed several locks for us, and we needed one new lock so we could have just one key to open all locks, which he had on his truck.   Fast, fair priced and a nice guy too!

I called Mr. Fred J. Whitaker, late on the afternoon of 11/18/2013. I requested he provided his locksmith services, on the afternoon of 11/19/2013. Mr. Whitaker agreed. He arrived on time and went straight to work. Mr. Whitaker finished the job in less than 20 minutes, for the locks on two doors. He conducted himself in a professional manner, at all times, and was very polite. I would be more than happy, to do business with him again. I will recommend him without reservation, to anyone in need of a good locksmith. This guy is good !!!

Fred was awesome! I had never had a home re-keyed before so I initially requested that he change all of the locks. Apparently this is something much different than what I needed and quite a bit more expensive. Fred took the time to understand my situation and suggested a much more cost effective alternative. He was prompt, professional and very efficient. Great quality work. I would definitely recommend.

We called Fred on Thursday afternoon to change the locks on our new house.  Fred was very professional and courteous on the phone and we were lucky enough to get an appointment for the next day.   Not only was Fred on time but he even arrived a few minutes early for our appointment.   Unfortunately,  I had left the keys to the new house in another vehicle but Fred was still able to get us in the house and complete the job.  Fred re-keyed  the locks we needed, fixed a broken lock, and added another lock to the outside garage door.  Fred completed this job in the middle of a very hot day but not once did he complain about the heat or try to complete the job with any short-cuts or without doing a thorough job.   The work Fred did for us was very professionally done and exceeded our expectations on all levels AND the pricing was incredibly fair!!

Fred arrived on time.  He asked me what I needed and about an hour later changed all my locks with a new set of keys.  It was a very laid-back experience.

Fred rekeyed seven locks for me on a Saturday morning. He quoted a reasonable price, arrive on time, worked efficiently and was generally a nice guy. The job was more difficult than anticipated and required more time than he estimated. He informed me of this early on which I thought was very courteous. His work was perfect and he adhered to the original quote. I would use his services again without hesitation.

Called Fred a few weeks ago to schedule an appointment for him to come to our new house to have all the locks rekeyed.  He was punctual and very nice.  He rekeyed all the locks and gave us new keys.  His price was reasonable: $45 service call, $15 per lock, $2.50  for each additional lock.  I would definitely refer my friends to him.

We just bought a house so we wanted to have the keys and locks changed. I found Fred here, gave him a call and he was here almost immediately. He has a portable machine so he can do the work on site. He was done in less than an hour.

He was very professional. He showed up on time. He explained the job thoroughly that he was going to conduct for me. He was able to do that work out of his truck with a portable workshop. He was very personable and easy to talk with.
