I hired Fermin to install a granite counter top with under mount sinks, they cut the granite and installed the sink and there were cut marks that are exposed I talked to Fermin about it and he told me he did not do that, said it came from the store like that, he also cut the back splash and it cracked so he glued it, and he initial denied that to but then admitted to doing it , I did not want to argue so I paid him $760, I wanted to get another opinion so I called another pro talked to him about it sent him pictures and he told me I need a new top and back splash, I am disappointed that he would not own up to making an error and taking no responsibility still says he didn't cut the in the granite

Fermin and his team rendered excellent work in the following projects we hired them to do: popcorn removal, interior wall painting, toilet plumbing, carpet installation. He was very punctual and provided very insightful recommendation on our home improvement plans. He always found a way to work within the timeline/schedule we had in mind. We are planning to hire him again to do additional home improvement tasks we planned this December 2015 and January 2016. Very professional and responsible guy. Fermin was great in the beginning with small jobs. then i hired him to install laminate. The end result was just ok; there is a gap by one of the closets and he laid the laminate in the wrong direction is same closet. He insisted he was going to run out of flooring; i rushed to costco to get more - they were out. Turns out he had almost a full box left. He brought a helper who took the planks out side to cut by slamming around the house and making 3 or 4 knicks in the walls. Fermin began to complain how busy he was and his work suffered, at least in my house. i hired him to change out some electrical outlets and two of them fell off. the main two things about working with him: 1) He'll dump you if you don't have big jobs for him now that he's realizing the american dream and 2) his texts were strangely arrogant this final time. He thinks he communicates well, but he doesn't. Getting to an understanding of appointment times, fees and materials takes.....a.....really.....long.....time.

Fermin and his helper cleared the clog for a much better price than the others quoted. Very satisfied and would use him again.

Firming had done a great job for us. He installed porcelain tiles in our kitchen, hall way, a bathroom and laundry room. He and his workers worked very hard, he's very nice, easy to work with and delivered his service on time, and he also took pride in his work and it shows. We will hire him again or refer to our friends/ & others when it 's needed.

I had to have an undermount tiled in sink removed and an overmount sink installed. They showed up on time and did the job in a very short time considering the amount of work that was completed. They cleaned up after themselves too,
